Prior to TWG, Frank led Talent Acquisition for Zelis Healthcare. He built a best-in-class recruiting function to meet the human capital goals of the organization. Frank implemented branding strategies throughout social media channels that showcased the business value and career opportunities. Frank also led global recruiting efforts for Pinnacle Foods, International Flavors and Fragrances, Revlon, and Martha Stewart Living. In these leadership roles he was responsible for developing and executing the full life cycle talent acquisition strategy, including recruitment planning, resource allocation and deployment, management of the recruiting team, performance metrics reporting, EEO compliance, diversity and inclusion programs, social media, and university recruiting. Frank consistently succeeds by way of his ability to foster strong relationships with clients and candidates, by delivering results, and holding himself to the highest standards of recruiting practices.
Frank lives in northern NJ and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children.
